System Xpress is B-Tech’s universal dvLED mounting system for self-locking cabinets, designed to make specification and installation faster and simpler.

At the heart of the system are Patent Pending Xpress Connectors, which replace traditional screen-specific interface arms. The connectors locate directly into compatible dvLED cabinets and securely lock onto the mounting rails, providing a streamlined solution for wall, floor and ceiling-mounted installations.

Designed for interlocking 27-inch dvLED cabinets measuring 600–610mm wide, System Xpress uses universal connectors and readily available components to reduce the need for project-specific fabrication.

Pre-configured kits are available in popular 16:9 layouts, including 4×4, 5×5, 6×6 and 8×8 configurations, making it easier to specify and order complete mounting solutions for common dvLED installations.

For alternative sizes and configurations, custom System Xpress packages can be specified using a project-specific Bill of Materials, with configurations recommended up to 10×10. This enables tailored systems to be quoted, stocked and supplied using standard components.

For larger or more complex installations, System Xpert provides an alternative platform for a broader range of interlocking dvLED cabinets and project requirements.
