B-Tech AV Mounts supplied a bespoke rear-service dvLED mounting solution for two large LED feature walls at the BBC Cardiff Broadcast Centre, home to BBC television, radio and online news operations in Wales.
Working alongside system integrator Smart AV UK Ltd and media specialists Videlio Media, B-Tech developed a customised BT9340 mounting system to support 174 Unilumin Uslim P2.6 LED cabinets across two complex stepped video wall arrays.

As part of an upgrade to its studio and production environment, the BBC required two large, custom-shaped LED video walls combining precise cabinet alignment, long-term structural stability and full rear-service access.
The stepped, multi-tier wall designs presented a particularly demanding mounting challenge. Working with Smart AV UK Ltd and Videlio Media, B-Tech was tasked with developing a solution capable of supporting 174 Unilumin Uslim P2.6 LED cabinets while maintaining the accuracy required for a seamless direct-view LED surface.
B-Tech specified and supplied a customised configuration of its BT9340 Universal Direct View LED Video Wall Mounting System (Rear-Service).
The system was engineered specifically to support the Unilumin Uslim P2.6 cabinets and accommodate the bespoke stepped geometry of the two LED walls.

The modular rail-based design allowed each section of the complex video walls to be installed and precisely aligned while maintaining a consistently flat viewing surface across the complete LED display.
