B-Tech AV Mounts have bolstered their sales team further with the appointment of well-known industry stalwart Tom Meylink.
Tom is joining B-Tech in a new role that will be overseeing our international sales process, concentrating on Europe. We have had some good growth from our European operations over the past couple of years but this growth is now requiring leadership and direction from a single point. Tom will be working with Jon, Paul and Thomas together with their respective sales teams to further extend our offerings internationally with the aim to have a coordinated effort between the various European team members rather than operating as a group of individuals. Tom has been tasked to identify what is required in order for us to meet my demands and then to implement it as efficiently as possible.
Some of you may know Tom from his prior employment – he was Vogel’s International Business Development Manager for nearly 8 years, so has a lot of experience at a high level in the AV industry in Europe and specifically in our area of expertise – brackets. Tom will operate from the newest addition to the B-Tech Group, B-Tech International (Europe) B.V. which has been incorporated in the Netherlands, and will spend his time between our 3 current European locations (Brussels, Barcelona and Berlin), Daventry and as well as visiting customers.
Tom will be in Madrid on Wed 21st Nov attending BITAM and can be found on the B-Tech booth etc (will confirm this tomorrow morning)
