B-Tech AV Mounts, an award-winning designer, manufacturer, and distributor of professional audio-visual mounting solutions for flat panel displays, videowalls, digital signage and projection, is pleased to announce the newest member to join their team in the US – Tiffany Dozier. Based at the new B-Tech office in Brea CA, Tiffany joins B-Tech in the role of Vice President of Sales, North America, bringing with her 25 years of experience in the AV industry.
Tiffany has enjoyed a long and distinguished career at Premier Mounts, which included a number of sales and business development based roles, culminating in her most recent position of Executive Vice President of Sales, which saw her overseeing all global sales divisions for both stock and custom products. This extensive sales experience in the field of mounting makes Tiffany perfectly suited to develop B-Tech’s North American sales, as part of their expansion in the region.
This expansion plan will see Tiffany working closely with B-Tech’s Operations Manager, Chris Bugan, who has overseen operations since the re-launch of the B-Tech brand of pro AV mounting solutions to the US market at InfoComm 2018. Since then, B-Tech has built a solid customer base and developed partnerships with key integrators and display manufacturers, leading to greatly increased demand and subsequently driving forward expansion plans in the key US market.

To continue this philosophy, additional staff providing internal sales and technical support have been appointed, to support Tiffany with the day-to-day enquiries and to answer technical queries from customers.
